Cara Pasang Live Chat Widget di Wordpress Dan Website

Siapkan dulu kode widget dari menu Live Chat Widget → </> Get Widget Script.

Ambil Kode Anda

Di halaman daftar widget, klik ikon </> Get Widget Script.

Salin kode script yang muncul

A. WordPress (cara paling gampang – disarankan)

  • Masuk wp-admin.
  • Install plugin WPCode: Insert Headers and Footers (atau plugin sejenis “Header & Footer”).
  • Buka WPCode → Header & Footer.
  • Tempel kode widget di bagian Footer (Before </body>).
  • Klik Save → buka website → refresh. Selesai.

B. WordPress (Elementor – untuk halaman tertentu)

  • Edit halaman dengan Elementor.
  • Tambah widget HTML di bagian paling bawah halaman.
  • Tempel kode widget → Update.
  • Widget hanya muncul di halaman yang Anda edit.

C. WordPress (developer – edit theme)

  • Appearance → Theme File Editor → buka footer.php.
  • Tempel kode tepat sebelum </body>.
  • Update File.
  • Pakai child theme agar aman saat update.

D. Website non-WordPress

  • Buka file template utama (mis. index.html atau layout footer).
  • Tempel kode sebelum </body>.
  • Simpan/unggah ulang ke server → refresh situs.

Cek Hasil Live Chat Widget

  • Lihat tombol/bubble chat di pojok (sesuai posisi yang Anda pilih).
  • Klik tombol → harus membuka WhatsApp (Web di desktop, App di HP).

Kalau Belum Muncul

  • Pastikan ditempel sebelum </body>, bukan di <head>.
  • Domain pada pengaturan widget sesuai domain situs Anda.
  • Clear cache (plugin cache/CDN) lalu refresh keras (Ctrl/Cmd + F5).
  • Nomor WhatsApp format 62xxxxxxxxxx (tanpa “+”).
